Orphanage in India

An aspect we focus on at SHINE is women connecting to ways they can make a difference in the world. We had booths set up in the lobby of opportunities women can make a difference in different nations and each year SHINE we raise funds for a specific missions cause. This year it was a blessing to have long-time Victory missionaries, Matthew & Angel Meager of Jesus Way International in INDIA with us! They have an orphanage which houses 100 children, a church, a Victory Bible school and a Christian school with 800+ students attending. They have believed God to build another orphanage to house the hundreds of children that are coming to them off the streets. This year the women of SHINE Tulsa gave over $14,000 to help them start building their second orphanage. Thank you for giving so generously to rescue orphans! Your seeds of love are making a difference in the nations!

Locally: This year, during the month of March we are asking women to bring some toiletry items to bless the women at the Dream Center. These items will be given to women who come for the Dream Center SHINE conference Thursday, March 31st. You can bring items to the drop boxes at the entrance of the Worship Center. It may not seem much to you, but it can make a huge difference and bring joy to another woman! Globally: Last year, we had the privilege of coming together to raise funds to build two homes for orphans in Haiti and raised funds to provide 30 orphans in Cambodia with beds! This year, you will hear more about the life-giving initiatives and how you can get involved.
